Mi madre segu\u00eda fielmente ese per\u00edodo de Cuaresma, generalmente era yo la que siempre la acompa\u00f1aba a misa, y eran d\u00edas de mucha tranquilidad, en donde tambi\u00e9n aprovechaba de ir a ver mis t\u00edas que viv\u00edan cerca. Al final eran h\u00e1bitos que formaban parte de nuestro crecimiento en la fe. Adem\u00e1s, en el colegio donde estudiaba, en aquella \u00e9poca tambi\u00e9n se encargaban de llevarnos por ese camino. La verdad es que tengo muy lindos recuerdos de aquella \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>Esto me hace reflexionar de cu\u00e1n importante es seguir las tradiciones. Ahora, con la familia que he formado junto a mi esposo y nuestros hijos peque\u00f1os, hemos ido siguiendo la herencia que nos han dejado, y respetamos este periodo del a\u00f1o el cual nos lleva sin duda a unirnos a\u00fan m\u00e1s en la fe.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de todos los detalles que hay en la Cuaresma, una de ellas es abstenerse de comer carne, pero s\u00ed podemos consumir pescado. Podr\u00e1n encontrar este producto en el pasillo de jugos.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed les comparto la receta. Com\u00fanmente cuando se llevan al horno las enchiladas, por lo general las dejan al menos media hora. En esta caso, como todos los ingredientes est\u00e1n ya cocidos, prefer\u00ed solo dejar las enchiladas hasta que el queso se derritiera. Pueden finalizar con perejil o cilantro encima.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hojadeprueba.midiariodecocina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Enchiladas03.jpg\" Retirar del sart\u00e9n. Reservar.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Usar el mismo sart\u00e9n y colocar la cucharadita de mantequilla para saltear los champi\u00f1ones por unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Luego mezclar los champi\u00f1ones con la chalota, morr\u00f3n y jalape\u00f1o. Reservar.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Colocar en el sart\u00e9n el jugo de tomate Clamato\u00ae y agregarle la maicena disuelta en un poco de agua. Dejar en el fuego hasta que espese un poco.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Vaciar la mitad de la mezcla del punto #5 a la mezcla del punto #2. Adem\u00e1s a\u00f1adir el pescado picado.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Rellenar las tortillas con esta mezcla final. Colocar sobre cada relleno un poco de crema \u00e1cida.
