De hecho si uno viajaba a ciudades\u00a0m\u00e1s cercanas al campo, vend\u00edan el aguacate en sacos,\u00a0siendo com\u00fan ver a los vendedores al lado de la carretera con este producto. Y era t\u00edpico\u00a0el ir a comprar tambi\u00e9n en los antiguos almacenes de barrio, donde\u00a0pod\u00edamos encontrar los aguacates a precios s\u00faper convenientes. El aguacate siempre nos sacaba de apuros cuando ten\u00edamos muchos invitados a la hora del t\u00e9, ya que como dec\u00eda en Chile comer pan con palta (aguacate) es todo un cl\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente el aguacate forma parte de nuestra dieta diaria con mi familia aqu\u00ed en Estados Unidos, realmente este es un fruto tan vers\u00e1til y delicioso de preparar. Muchas veces nuestros desayunos comienzan con una tostada de pan integral cubierta por pur\u00e9 de aguacate, as\u00ed de simple y as\u00ed de delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden consumirlo como una entrada antes del plato principal, hay muchas recetas para ello, pero sino puede usar la que les traigo hoy, que incluso me atrever\u00eda a decir que tambi\u00e9n sirve como acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta receta de Timbal de quinoa, mango y aguacate es muy sencilla, elegante y fresca. Adem\u00e1s, recuerde que la fibra le agrega volumen a su dieta y puede ayudar a proporcionar una sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud.
