Pero la receta y todas las opiniones son mias.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La primera vez que qued\u00e9 encantada con la salsa de soya fue una vez que visit\u00e9 un restaurante japon\u00e9s. En esos entonces siempre degustaba la salsa de soya como adici\u00f3n al sushi, pero aquella vez que visit\u00e9 ese restaurant, el chef cocin\u00f3 frente a nosotros con una rapidez y habilidad impresionante. Dentro de todo lo que me pude fijar, fue\u00a0el toque que le dio al plato con esta salsa. Por supuesto, despu\u00e9s bajo tal incentivo intent\u00e9 replicar aquel plato, y no solo ese sino que desde esos entonces (hace muchos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s) es que ocupo <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1gP6EGc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">salsa de soya de Kikkoman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Como podemos transformar algo tan sencillo en un acompa\u00f1amiento tan delicioso y sabroso, como la receta que les traigo hoy de este Salteado de verduras y quinoa. Ideal para quienes no tienen mucho tiempo durante el d\u00eda y desean comer algo realmente rico y diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Debo mencionar tambi\u00e9n que este salteado qued\u00f3 exquisito gracias a que la salsa de soya es un potenciador del sabor. Particularmente con las que eleg\u00ed para hacer esta receta, logr\u00e9 un equilibrio de sabores, ya que el sabor dulz\u00f3n de la cebolla y los morrones hacen el contraste con la salsa de soya. Por otra parte si no tiene quinoa, puede usar arroz, trigo, couscous, etc. Tambi\u00e9n puede cambiar las verduras verdes por espinacas o acelgas picadas.\u00a0<a
