Y llega ser impresionante c\u00f3mo puede ir cambiando los gustos o c\u00f3mo la vida te ense\u00f1a \u00a0a mejorar el paladar. Actualmente en mi casa se come al menos dos veces a la semana alg\u00fan tipo de legumbres, preparados como\u00a0guiso, ensaladas , pur\u00e9, etc. \u00a0En mi \u00faltimo viaje a Chile ten\u00eda muy claro que hab\u00eda un libro que ten\u00eda que comprar, \u00abHecho en Chile\u00bb de \u00a0Juan Pablo Mellado. Durante el viaje lo hoje\u00e9 varias veces, viendo los detalles y de c\u00f3mo dio con cada receta, y sin dudar sab\u00eda que ten\u00eda que preparar estos garbanzos con ostiones. Es que no se imaginan la mezcla de sabores tan exquisitos de un platillo tan sencillo. Este conocido chef chileno, quien se ha destacado por difundir nuestra cocina chilena, ahora nos deleita con un libro que vale la pena tener ya que hace una recopilaci\u00f3n de lo que es la gastronom\u00eda chilena de nuestros hogares, y para quienes vivimos lejos de Chile, esto es un tesoro. Adem\u00e1s que me inspira por el hecho que en este blog siempre de un modo u otro he ido tratando de difundir la cocina chilena para el extranjero. Me qued\u00f3 pendiente visitar su Fuente de Soda Las Cabras, que sin dudas en mi pr\u00f3ximo viaje lo har\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"instruction-step-1\">En un sart\u00e9n hacer un sofrito con la cebolla y un chorro de aceite de olive. A los 5 minutos agregar el ajo picado y sofre\u00edr a fuego medio para que no se queme.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Agregar el aj\u00ed color, revolver y luego agregar el vino y el tomate rallado. Cocinar por unos 10 minutos para evaporar el vino.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Agregar a este sofrito los garbanzos con todo el jugo de la conserva y cocinar unos minutos para que se evapore parte de este jugo. Agregar sal y pimienta a gusto.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Antes de servir, calentar muy bien una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite y, cuando empiece a humear, poner los ostiones y dejar que se doren bien por una cara. Esto tomar\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s de un minuto si la temperatura es suficientemente alta.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Dar vuelta y dejar un minuto m\u00e1s. Agregar sal y pimienta sobre el guiso de los garbanzos agregando el jugo que se pueda recuperar de la sart\u00e9n.
