El motivo de la ausencia se ha debido a la experiencia m\u00e1s grandiosa de mi vida, el nacimiento de mi hijo Christian. Hoy cumple 5 meses y es un angelito precioso!<\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed que por eso eleg\u00ed algo dulce para retomar este blog y esta primera receta se la dedic\u00f3 a \u00e9l&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>Aprovecho de agradecer a toda la gente que me escribe a trav\u00e9s de los comentarios y sobre todo a mi email.<\/div>\n<div>En cuanto a esta receta les cuento que el sufl\u00e9 (o \u00absouffle\u00bb) se presenta en unos pocillos, con los cuales se logra sobresalir este postre, sin embargo hice una variaci\u00f3n en eso y en agregar de fondo una salsa de frutilla. Y este <em>Sufl\u00e9 de frutillas<\/em> qued\u00f3 simplemente delicioso!<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hojadeprueba.midiariodecocina.com\/~midiario\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/P10909121.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"border: 0px;\" title=\"Sufl\u00e9 de frutillas\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hojadeprueba.midiariodecocina.com\/~midiario\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/P1090912.jpg\" alt=\"Sufl\u00e9 de frutillas\" width=\"411\" height=\"545\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hojadeprueba.midiariodecocina.com\/~midiario\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/P10908981.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"border: 0px;\" title=\"Sufl\u00e9 de frutillas\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hojadeprueba.midiariodecocina.com\/~midiario\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/P1090898.jpg\" alt=\"Sufl\u00e9 de frutillas\" width=\"411\" height=\"545\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTES:<\/span> (salen 4 porciones)<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grs de frutillas frescas<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de crema de leche batida<\/li>\n<li>4 claras de huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza y media de az\u00facar blanca granulada<\/li>\n<li>50 ml de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nLavar y quitar las hojitas de las frutillas, guardar 4 frutillas para adornar. Luego colocar el resto de las frutillas en la licuadora con media taza de az\u00facar. Molerlas bien hasta obtener un pur\u00e9. Guardar unas 4 cucharadas aparte. Reservar.<br \/>\nPreparar un merengue italiano con las claras y el az\u00facar: preparar un alm\u00edbar con una taza de az\u00facar y los 50 ml de agua, hervir bien hasta tener disuelto todo el az\u00facar. Enseguida agregar el alm\u00edbar caliente, formando un chorrito continuado sin dejar de batir las claras batidas a punto de nieve.<br \/>\nBatir la crema. Reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Luego mezclar con cuidado el pur\u00e9 de frutillas con el merengue y finalmente la crema batida.<br \/>\nEn un pocillo colocar unas cucharadas del pur\u00e9 de frutillas, y encima el souffle.
