La inspiraci\u00f3n para ello son\u00a0varias amigas las cuales a\u00fan no conocen bien este s\u00faper alimento\u00a0a pesar de lo popular que se ha hecho en estos \u00faltimo tiempo, traspasando fronteras. Es por ello que con este post pretendo tentarlas de este s\u00faper alimento y puedan darse cuenta de lo beneficioso que es.<\/p>\n<p>Para empezar la quinoa es una excelente fuente de prote\u00edna, es libre gluten, tiene alto porcentaje de Omega 3, es sumamente beneficiosa en la etapa del embarazo o lactancia,\u00a0Es fuente de vitaminas E, C y las del complejo B, minerales como calcio, hierro, magnesio, manganeso, f\u00f3sforo, potasio y zinc. Adem\u00e1s contiene \u00e1cidos grasos saludables, \u00a0fibra y otras sustancias indispensables para la salud.<\/p>\n<p>El consumo frecuente de quinoa mejora los niveles de colesterol y az\u00facar en la sangre, adem\u00e1s ayuda a regular la tensi\u00f3n arterial y a prevenir la osteoporosis. Tiene propiedades desintoxicantes y diur\u00e9ticas; fortalece el h\u00edgado y los ri\u00f1ones. Es un alimento muy completo como podr\u00e1n leer, pero lo mejor de todo es vers\u00e1til ya que sirve para preparaciones dulces y saladas.<\/p>\n<p>Usualmente lo mezclo con verduras, y lo acompa\u00f1o de un trozo de pollo asado o pescado al horno. La quinoa varia en colores tales como blanco, rojo, violeta y negro. La cocci\u00f3n es muy similar a la del arroz, ya que se cocina a fuego bajo por unos 15 minutos. Es importante lavarla bajo el chorro de agua con la ayuda de un colador para quitarle el sabor amargo.
