Cuando ten\u00eda como 15 a\u00f1os comenc\u00e9 a preparar esta receta para \u00e9l, lo gracioso era que a mi no me gustaba en esos entonces y no lo probaba, pero mi padre me daba el visto bueno en cuanto al sabor. Ahora es algo que sigo preparando para mi familia y que a su vez disfruto.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando pensamos en la cocina chilena, hay ciertos sabores que se nos vienen de inmediato a la mente: la empanada de pino, la cazuela, el pastel de choclo\u2026 y, por supuesto, el <strong data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"486\">pebre chileno<\/strong>. Ese acompa\u00f1amiento fresco, sabroso y picantito que nunca falta en la mesa y que es capaz de transformar hasta el pan m\u00e1s simple en una delicia.<\/p>\n<p>Usualmente se sirve en trozos peque\u00f1os como se aprecia en la primera foto, pero en algunas partes como ciertas \u00abpicadas\u00bb (restaurantes populares) lo sirven molido, y la verdad que queda muy rico tambi\u00e9n, lo com\u00fan es que es servido como appetizer acompa\u00f1ado de pan amasado y mantequilla. Su sabor se caracteriza por ser fresco, ligeramente \u00e1cido y con un picante que se puede ajustar seg\u00fan el gusto de cada familia. Pero debo mencionar que esta versi\u00f3n de pebre que hago hace a\u00f1os agrego perejil tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1652\">En Chile se sirve en todos lados:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1750\">\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1750\">En un asado, para realzar la carne.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1806\">\n<p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1806\">En fiestas patrias, junto a empanadas y anticuchos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1905\">\n<p data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1905\">En la casa, en la mesa de todos ocasi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"3529\" data-end=\"4202\">\n<li data-start=\"3529\" data-end=\"3687\">\n<p data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3554\"><strong data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3552\">Pebre cuchareado<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3687\">\n<li data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3605\">\n<p data-start=\"3560\" data-end=\"3605\">Es el cl\u00e1sico que se pica todo bien sabores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4426\" data-end=\"4493\">\n<p data-start=\"4428\" data-end=\"4493\">Un corte r\u00fastico dar\u00e1 un pebre m\u00e1s campestre y con m\u00e1s
