La <strong data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"585\">tarta r\u00fastica de peras<\/strong> es una de esas preparaciones que conquista a primera vista y enamora al primer bocado. Con una masa crujiente, un relleno jugoso y el dulzor natural de las peras.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerdo la primera vez que la prepar\u00e9. En el caso de esta tarta, significa que no necesitas un molde especial: simplemente extiendes la masa sobre papel manteca, colocas el relleno en el centro y doblas los bordes hacia adentro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3552\">Esto le da un aire campestre, natural y hogare\u00f1o. Cada tarta es \u00fanica, con su propio car\u00e1cter. data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n\t\t\t<h4>PREPARACI\u00d3N DE LA MASA:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-1\">Idealmente en el procesador de alimentos (sino simplemente se trabaja en un bol a mano). Mezclar la harina, sal y az\u00facar. Agregar la mantequilla cortada en peque\u00f1os trozos e ir pulsando poco a poco. ( tambi\u00e9n se puede usar los dedos y se debe ir incorporando la mantequilla para mezclar bien con los ingredientes secos). Luego se agrega el agua. Una vez unidos bien todos los ingredientes se forma una bola y se envuelve la masa en el papel alusa plast y se lleva al refrigerador por una hora.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Pasada la hora, se retira del refrigerador y con la ayuda del mismo papel alusa plast y de un uslero se comienza a estirar la masa. Se debe dar una forma cercano a lo circular. Se coloca encima de una bandeja con papel de mantequilla o papel pergamino.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>PREPARACI\u00d3N DEL RELLENO:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pelamos las peras y las cortamos en tajadas bien delgadas. Las colocamos encima de la masa en el centro y espolvoreamos la cuchara de az\u00facar blanca y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">En un bol aparte mezclamos bien la harina, el az\u00facar morena, nuez moscada, canela, almendras. Luego lo agregamos encima de las peras. Y finalmente colocamos encima los trozos de mantequilla.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Enseguida comenzamos a cerrar (doblar) la masa por los costados en forma irregular, como se aprecia en la foto.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">En otro bol peque\u00f1o batimos la yema de huevo junto con la leche y pincelamos por fuera la masa y esto ser\u00e1 para darle un toque dorado.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Llevamos al horno previamente calentado a 375\u00b0 F (190\u00b0 C).
