Un plato reconfortante en donde podr\u00e1 usar restos de asado que quedaron, pero si no se cuenta con carne asada, se puede preparar un poco de carne previamente ali\u00f1\u00e1ndola y as\u00e1ndola en el horno.<\/p>\n<p>Este caldo es muy popular en Chile y muy sencillo de preparar. Puede improvisar con algunas otras verduras, pero b\u00e1sicamente es lo que les presento aqu\u00ed. Y no se confunda, hay otros platos llamado ajiaco de otros pa\u00edses vecinos, son todos distintos y cada cual tiene su receta.<\/p>\n<p>Este caldo es muy reponedor y \u00fatil para dar uso aquella carne que quedo del d\u00eda anterior. Ese sabor ahumado no lo lograr\u00e1s de otra manera. Pero si no tienes, puedes cocinar una posta o plateada en agua con verduras y luego usar tanto la carne como el caldo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4580\" data-end=\"4719\">\n<p data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4719\"><strong data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4610\">No te pases con el agua<\/strong><br data-start=\"4610\" data-end=\"4613\" \/>El ajiaco no debe ser ni tan caldoso como una sopa, ni tan seco como un guiso. Busca ese punto medio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4721\" data-end=\"4907\">\n<p data-start=\"4724\" data-end=\"4907\"><strong data-start=\"4724\" data-end=\"4752\">El aj\u00ed de color es clave<\/strong><br data-start=\"4752\" data-end=\"4755\" \/>No es lo mismo usar piment\u00f3n fresco que el aj\u00ed de color en polvo.
