Ambas opciones son ricas, y si bien inicialmente estaba con la intenci\u00f3n de cambiar solo las fotos de la versi\u00f3n antigua, me d\u00ed cuenta que a muchas personas les ha servido esa receta, por lo tanto prefer\u00ed dejarla y a la vez agregar esta nueva opci\u00f3n porque quise tambi\u00e9n cambiar la receta. Siempre hay peque\u00f1os detalles que hacen la diferencia. Ustedes ver\u00e1n que opci\u00f3n les convence m\u00e1s, yo solo les dejo alternativas de recetas que funcionan.<\/p>\n<p>Los picarones son muy populares en Chile, se suelen disfrutar en aquellos d\u00edas de lluvia o simplemente en invierno. En este punto es cosa de gustos, y con ello tambi\u00e9n var\u00eda el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n. Pueden buscar panela, y hacer el mismo procedimiento que la chancaca. Se mezcla el pur\u00e9 de zapallo con la harina, polvos de hornear, az\u00facar granulada y leche. Trabajar la masa con las manos e ir agregando m\u00e1s harina si fuese necesario. Formar una masa blanda y que no se pegue en los dedos.<br \/>\n2. Dejar reposar una media hora.<br \/>\n3. Idealmente con las manos fr\u00edas ir formando bolitas y con la ayuda de los dedos vamos haciendo un agujero en centro. Mientras tanto calentamos un sart\u00e9n con abundante aceite.<br \/>\n4. Se comienzan a fre\u00edr y se retiran cuando est\u00e9n levemente dorados por ambos lados.<br \/>\n5. Se colocan en un plato con papel absorbente para poder retirar el exceso de aceite.<br \/>\n6. En una olla colocar la chancaca, agua, c\u00e1scara de naranja y clavos de olor.<br \/>\n7. Cuando la chancaca est\u00e9 disuelta, revolver bien y agregar la maicena disuelta en un poquito de agua fr\u00eda. Ir revolviendo y luego al primer hervor apagar el fuego.<br \/>\n8. Colocar una par de picarones en la olla, dejarlos unos minutos.<br \/>\n9.
