Es un plato muy reconfortante, perfecto para un almuerzo. notablemente el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n, yo utilic\u00e9 una olla de fierro.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso que utilicen una olla com\u00fan y corriente, tendr\u00e1 que armarse de paciencia y cocinarla durante unas 2 horas a fuego medio bajo, bueno tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 de la cantidad de carne que cocine.<\/p>\n<p>Esta carne queda muy blanda y es perfecta tambi\u00e9n para preparar un buen
