Quedan muy sabrosos y los muffins en s\u00ed son tan vers\u00e1tiles, son perfectos como merienda, para llevar de picnic, para un cumplea\u00f1os, para la hora del t\u00e9 o simplemente para acompa\u00f1ar un caf\u00e9. Cualquiera sea el motivo, los muffins son una buena opci\u00f3n. Duran perfectamente 3 d\u00edas a temperatura de ambiente, en un pote o caja herm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los ingredientes que ocupan estos muffins, puede ir reemplazando seg\u00fan sus gustos, si no desea usar az\u00facar morena, puede reemplazar por stevia u otro endulzante. Para leche, puede ser de vaca baja en grasas, o alguna vegetal como de almendras.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerden que la zesta de lim\u00f3n es solo la ralladura de la c\u00e1scara, pero ojo que es solo la parte amarilla no la blanca. id=\"instruction-step-1\">Precalentar el horno a 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Colocar los moldes de papel en los moldes de metal, a no ser que est\u00e9n usando moldes de silicona, lo usan as\u00ed tan cual.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">En un bol, mezclar todos los ingredientes secos: harinas, polvos de hornear, sal y bicarbonato.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Luego en otro bol batir los huevos, az\u00facar y aceite por unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">A\u00f1adir el pur\u00e9 de manzana, zesta de lim\u00f3n y vainilla.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">A todo esta mezcla ir agregando los ingredientes secos mezclados anteriormente, intercalando con la leche.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Una vez todo mezclado, agregar los ar\u00e1ndanos cuidadosamente.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Si gustan los pueden pasar previamente por harina, para que dentro de la mezcla se distribuyan mejor.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">Colocar la mezcla en los moldes, pero solo hasta 3\/4 en cada molde.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">Hornear por 25 minutos.<\/li>\n<li
