Hubiera querido actualizar algo hace bastante tiempo atr\u00e1s, pero ha habido una prioridad mayor que ha tomado todo mi tiempo y ha sido por el nacimiento de mi hija. Ahora ya un poco m\u00e1s organizada con mis peque\u00f1os (s\u00ed, porque tengo otro ni\u00f1o m\u00e1s), vuelvo a retomar el blog. El stroganoff de carne de res es una de ellas. Con or\u00edgenes aristocr\u00e1ticos rusos y una evoluci\u00f3n que lo llev\u00f3 a convertirse en un plato querido en todo el mundo, este guiso cremoso con carne tierna, champi\u00f1ones, se ha ganado un lugar privilegiado en los corazones \u2014y est\u00f3magos\u2014 de quienes lo prueban.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"6146\" data-end=\"6164\">Tips y secretos<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"6166\" data-end=\"6675\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"6166\" data-end=\"6271\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"6168\" data-end=\"6271\"><strong data-start=\"6168\" data-end=\"6197\">No sobrecocines la carne.<\/strong> Este es el error m\u00e1s com\u00fan.
