Aunque lo asociamos principalmente con la gastronom\u00eda del Medio Oriente, su versatilidad lo ha convertido en un favorito en cocinas de todo el mundo. Es ligero, suave, con ese caracter\u00edstico \u201cbolsillo\u201d en el centro que lo hace perfecto para rellenar con ingredientes frescos o sabrosos guisos. Pero detr\u00e1s de su sencillez hay toda una historia de tradici\u00f3n, t\u00e9cnica y sabor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2592\">A diferencia de otros panes, el pan pita se caracteriza por su <strong data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2392\">estructura hueca<\/strong> en el centro.
